EUYI β-Globin Gene Variation Test

EUYI β-Globin Gene Variation Test is used in vitro to qualitatively detect the 619bp deletion of HBB gene in suspects of thalassemia. The PCR products of the assay also include the alteration region of HBB gene which can be used for further analysis of potential mutations.

Clinical Application
1.Couples who are planning to have children,especially when one of the couple is a thalassemia carrier or patient； 2.Patients suffering haematological abnormalities； 3.Someone whose blood relative was diagnosed as a thalassemia carrier or patient.
Operation Procedure(1)
Specimen: 300μl of whole blood or other cell samples.
